Website privacy
The short version: this website collects almost nothing, and we'd like to keep it that way.

What we collect
The only information this site collects is what you type into the appointment request form: your name, phone number, email address, whether you've been here before, the days and times that suit you, how you'd like us to get back to you, and an optional short note.
The form does not ask about your health, and we ask you not to put any health details in the note. The same goes for email: please don't email us health details; call us or tell us at your visit.
If you ask us to text you, we use your number only to schedule this appointment. We don't add you to any marketing list, and we don't sell or share your details.
The form is emailed to our office through Resend, the service that delivers the email, and lands in our inbox. Resend keeps a short delivery log on its side. This site has no database, no accounts and no stored profiles.
Analytics
We keep a simple count, without cookies, of how often each page is viewed, how often the call, directions and booking buttons are tapped, and how many appointment requests are sent. Each count records only the page, the kind of tap and the day: no cookies, no IP address and no personal details, and never what you wrote in the form. For the first page of a visit it also notes the kind of screen (phone, tablet or computer) and the kind of site the visit came from, such as Google or Facebook, but never that site's address. To count how many different people visit each day, the counter also makes a scrambled code from your connection and browser, mixed with a random value that is made new every day, so one day's visits can't be linked to the next. The codes and that day's random value are deleted from the counter by the next morning.
There are no advertising pixels on this site, and nothing here tracks you across other sites.
Spam protection
The appointment form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It runs only on that page and may look at your browser to make its decision, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Some things happen on other companies' websites, each with its own privacy policy that applies once you're there:
- Google Maps or Apple Maps, if you use our directions links.
Your choices
If you sent us an appointment request and would like the email deleted, call us and we'll remove it from our inbox. There is nothing else here to opt out of.
